Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 working days

  • European Union: 2–4 working days

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 working days

  • United States & Canada: 4–8 working days

  • Australia: 2–3 weeks

  • New Zealand: 5–8 working days

  • Rest of World: 4–12 working days

Please note: Some countries may experience delays due to ongoing issues at the border. If your order has not arrived after 12 working days, please contact us at [your email address].

We offer flat-rate shipping worldwide via PostNL.

Netherlands

  • Standard: €3.80

  • Free Shipping on orders over €85

European Union

  • Standard: €7.00

  • Free Shipping on orders over €85

United Kingdom

  • Standard: £7.80

  • Free Shipping on orders over £75

International (Rest of World)

  • Standard: €10.80

  • Free Shipping on orders over €85

Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to local duties and import taxes depending on the destination country.

  • Advance Ath is not responsible for these charges.

  • Customers are liable for any customs/import fees that may apply.

  • Orders declined due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.

Returns

Items purchased on advanceath.com are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A track & trace number is required. Advance Ath is not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Exchanges

Due to limited drops and exclusive stock, we do not offer exchanges.
If you require a different size or style, please request a refund and place a new order if stock is still available.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return has been received and verified.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of proof of return (e.g., a valid tracking receipt).

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the funds back to your account.
